1、    工民建或土木工程專(zhuān)業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；  
2、    3年以上大型甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院或公司的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、    具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)能力、分析問(wèn)題與解決問(wèn)題能力；
4、    具有大、中型項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5、    專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)扎實(shí)，熟悉本專(zhuān)業(yè)各項(xiàng)規(guī)范及最新技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)有較強(qiáng)的鉆研精神；
6、    熟練使用PKPM  、SAP或ETABS等結(jié)構(gòu)軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)工作。
1、Minimum  Bachelor  degree  in  Industrial  and  civil  architecture  or  civil  engineering;
2、Minimum  3  years  of  working  experience  in  the  A-class  large  institute  of  design;
3、Have  strong  project  management  ability,  ability  to  analyzing  the  problem  and  solving  the  problem;  
4、Have  structure  design  capability  in  medium  and  large  scale  projects  from  scheme  to  expanded  preliminary  design;
5、  Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  structure；Be  familiar  with  all  kinds  of  code  standards  and  trend  of  technological  development.  Have  enquiring  mind  in  professional  knowledge;
6、Good  skills  in  PKPM、ETABS、SAP、MIDAS、ANSYS,  etc.
