職位描述
1、    建筑專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、    從事本專業(yè)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)工作2年以上，具有大中型工程項(xiàng)目從方案至擴(kuò)初施工圖設(shè)計(jì)主要參與者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、    具有本專業(yè)一定的理論基礎(chǔ)，了解基本建設(shè)程序及城市規(guī)劃、環(huán)境保護(hù)、市政交通等方面的政策法規(guī)和有關(guān)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程；了解建筑施工、安裝方面的基本情況，能用1門外語(yǔ)閱讀、筆譯有關(guān)專業(yè)資料；
4、    熟練掌握計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖技術(shù)（Cad、  天正、Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop）；
5、    掌握其他基本計(jì)算機(jī)工作軟件（Word、  PPT  、Excel）；

1、Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  Architecture  ;
2、Minimum  2  years  of  working  experience  in  the  related  field,  participant  of  medium  and  large  scale  projects  from  concept  scheme  to  expanded  preliminary  design  independently；
3、Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  relative  specialized  field;  be  familiar  with  the  policy  and  technology  standard  &  rules  of  basic  urban  planning,  ecological  protection,  municipal  traffic;  Knowing  technological  development’s  current  situation  and  trend  of  urban  construction  at  home  and  abroad.  Be  able  to  use  one  foreign  language  to  read  and  translate  at  least  the  special  data;
4、Good  skills  in  CAD,  Tangent,  Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop;  
5、Good  skills  in  Word、  PPT  、Excel.
